Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with EBK Solutions, LLC. Please review the following shipping policy carefully, as it explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

Some items sold by EBK Solutions, LLC are held in our own inventory and ship directly once an order is placed. Other items are not stocked in-house and are instead purchased from our distributor(s) only after a customer places an order. In these cases, your order will not ship until the item has been received from the distributor and processed by our team.

Because of this two-step process for non-stocked items, processing times can vary from order to order, and some orders may contain a mix of in-stock and distributor-sourced items, which may be shipped together or separately depending on availability.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

The estimated maximum wait time for an order to ship is two (2) weeks from the date the order is placed. This estimate applies to the majority of orders; however, certain circumstances may extend this timeframe beyond two weeks, including but not limited to:

  • Distributor stock shortages or delays
  • Manufacturer backorders or discontinued items
  • Carrier delays outside of our control
  • High order volume or seasonal demand
  • Items requiring additional verification or compliance steps

EBK Solutions, LLC will make reasonable efforts to communicate with customers if an order is expected to exceed the standard two-week window.

3. Shipping Carriers

  • All items, with the exception of ammunition, are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
  • Ammunition is shipped exclusively via UPS or FedEx, in accordance with carrier and regulatory requirements for shipping ammunition.

EBK Solutions, LLC reserves the right to select the specific carrier and service level used for any shipment, and to change carriers as necessary to comply with shipping regulations or to ensure safe and timely delivery.

4. Backorders

Customers may choose to place an order for an item that is currently out of stock with both EBK Solutions, LLC and our distributor(s). By placing a backorder, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The item will not ship until it has been restocked by the distributor and received by EBK Solutions, LLC.
  • Order cancellations within 24 hours of a purchase will receive a full refund, after 24 hours there is a 2.7% fee, solely to cover transaction costs.
  • Backordered items may take significantly longer than the standard two-week estimate, and no guaranteed restock date can be provided.
  • The customer may contact EBK Solutions, LLC at any time prior to shipment for an order status update.

5. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. EBK Solutions, LLC is not responsible for delays, misdelivery, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been shipped and tendered to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), EBK Solutions, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. In the event a package is lost or damaged in transit, EBK Solutions, LLC will work with the customer in good faith to file a claim with the applicable carrier; however, resolution timelines and outcomes are ultimately determined by the carrier.

7. Compliance

All shipments are made in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the sale and shipment of firearms parts, accessories, and ammunition. Certain items may have additional shipping restrictions based on the customer’s state or local jurisdiction, and EBK Solutions, LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify any order that cannot be legally shipped to the customer’s location.
